Medicaid Puts People to Work
This is done through Obamacare/Affordable Care Act Medicaid, SSI Medicaid, and NJ Workability.
NJ Workability allows disabled individuals with incomes up to $60,625 in earnings work and receive Medicaid. Learn more here.
If you have a disability and want to work and need assistance go to your local office of the Division of Rehabilitation. You can get services whether you have Medicaid or not. They can also pay to train you for a career. Find more information here. Find your county location here. Keep in mind that they are very busy and there may be a wait to get services.
