The Disability Equality Index (DEI) is a benchmarking tool allowing America’s leading corporations to self-report their disability policies and practices. Each company that chooses to be measured by this scale receives a score of 0 to 100 — with 100 representing the most inclusive businesses. Several of these companies have locations in New Jersey.
